Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekends and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following week.

International Customers
We ship to all countries, however extra fees do apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We ask that all canadian retail customers please email or call us prior to placing their order online.

 Shipping and Handling
Orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt. We generally ship via USPS or UPS, depending upon your seledction. Please keep in mind UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Sales Tax
NATURALLOGIC Unadulterated is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Massachusetts.

Returns and Exchanges
NATURALLOGIC wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. NATURALLOGICONLINE.com will only accept returns on items purchased directly through us by phone or through our webstore. We cannot accept returns for purchases of our product from other locations. Please return at least 3/4 of unused product within 30 days to NATURALLOGIC with a receipt, order number and the reason for return. Please note that we are unable to accept used skin and bodycare products after that period. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. Sampling
Every NATURALLOGICONLINE.com order will be shipped with free sample of our products. Unfortunately, due to the large number of requests we receive we can only send free samples with orders.
